This job-oriented program trains youth through in-house classroom and practical sessions aligned with national and international standards of the Oil & Gas industry, thermal power plants, cross-country pipelines, and major construction projects, where abrasive blasting and airless spray painting are widely used for corrosion protection through protective coatings and linings.

Foundation Training Program

Designed for fresh entrants, combining classroom learning with intensive practical training in Abrasive Blasting or HP Airless Spray Painting, covering all essential job skills.

Advanced Dual-Skill Training

Designed for new and energetic candidates, offering comprehensive classroom and practical training in both Abrasive Blasting and HP Airless Spray Painting.

Skill Upgradation Program
